1966 Fender Jazzmaster Blue Ice Metallic

We're pleased to present this very special 1966 Fender Jazzmaster in original custom color Blue Ice Metallic finish! This example is nearly all original and has aged in a unique way. Due to the yellowing of the final lacquer coating over decades, the Jazzmaster appears greenish metallic.

Measurements: 7.8 lbs (3.55 kg) total weight. The neck measures 1.66" wide at the nut, 0.84" deep at the first fret, and 0.93" deep at the 12th fret. The neck pickup reads 6.22k ohms and the bridge pickup reads 6.30k ohms.

Originality: All finish, solder, and parts are original to this guitar except for era correct strap buttons.

Playability: Excellent. The neck is dead straight, truss rod functions as intended, frets have very little wear, and the electronics are clean and operate as intended.

Condition: Very good with typical nicks, dings, and scratches. Overtime, The lacquer coating yellowed turning this once "blue ice metallic" finish into a very nice green metallic.

Included: The original case and tremolo arm are included.

Fine Print: All guitars ship via FedEx Priority Overnight for domestic sales or FedEx Priority International. I offer a 48 hour approval period beginning on delivery for all sales during which you are welcome to opt for a return as long as the guitar is still in as-sent condition. I do not charge a restocking fee, but any non-refunded payment processing fees, outbound shipping, and return shipping costs are subtracted from the refund in the case of a return.
